Disadvantages of studying abroad

Nowaday, studying abroad is not as hard as it used to be. By having a lot of money you can go to another country for many purpose such as study, work, travel, etc. Because of many  nations’s well-educated studying abroad has been circulated as the better way to advance their knowledge, learn about that nation’s culture and maybe you’ll have a better job oppotunities, etc. In other hand, we also have lots of disadvantages when studying abroad.

The main serious disadvantage is that the cost of studying abroad isn’t cheap. Not only you spend money on fees but also rent, food and many many charges. That’d be hard for the poor who want to study abroad but it is not hopeless because today many famous university have scholarship for the one who is talented so if you want to study abroad just try to be talented and you can live on your student grant.

The other weak point of studying abroad is how you communicate with foreign at first. Beacause of accustoming to the mother tonge, it’s very hard to exchange idea and feeling in another language. It'll take a long time to improve  both your voice, pronunciation and listening. However, you don’t have to be discouraged as your effort will lead to success.

In addition, feeling of loneliness and homesick can’t be avoided. When living in a country that is far from your hometown about thousand kilometers so everything seem very strange to you and you don’t have any friends here. Neither you can’t share anything with others nor miss your family, friends, teachers, etc. It can make you be a depressive that will affect your health and spirit such as decrease your productivity and behave strangely.

In sums up, although studying abroad is quite good it still has negative side. Yet if you think you can handle these problem you ought to stay there and give yourself a leg up to improve all your skills by your best. Remember that it is the first step that cost.
