Disadvantages of studying abroad

There are many advantages of studying abroad. However, there are also some disadvantages when you study abroad.

Firstly, it costs a lot of money when you study in foreign country. Besides paying for the tuition, you have to pay for eating and living. Some students will find some part-time job to earn money but it is very for you to balance learning and working. 

Secondly, difficulty in communicating with people is one of the main reasons for students who study abroad. At the first time you come to the foreign country where you study, you will encounter the language barrier. It will  be really hard for you to speak to the native speakers. Or sometimes you will hear some local word that you can not understand. Thus, you can't easily express what you want to say. 

Thirdly, you will suffer chances of exposed to non-ethical things. Studying abroad gives you lots of cultural shocks. Because there are many people from all over the world living in thats country, and it absolutely has many different culturals. Everyone has their own lifestyle. It may not suit you. 

Finally, you will feel of loneliness  and home sickness. At the first time, you will not get used to the environmental adaptation. It is so strange. You have to do evrything yourself. Your parents can not stand by you and help you do household chores, chean house or wash clothes. You must be independent and can not rely on anyone. Therefore, it is really hard for you to study abroad without parents or even your friends. 

In conclusion, everything has two sides and studying abroad also has some disadvantages. If students do not concentrate on the disadvantages, they will become successful and experienced. Although it is a difficult challenge, if you can overcome you will reach the goal.
